We could not have asked for better service and friendlies from this restaurant. Lovely place good atmosphere and great food masses lolol thank you again

We had such a lovely afternoon at Zenxi yesterday, a table for sixteen including eight children. The food was wonderful, well presented and delicious. The service was fantastic, the staff, many of them young, were great, they really looked after us all, as did the managers. They were particularly good with the children. Thank you so much for a great time. Kevin.

Wow, what a restaurant! First off the host was excellent. Very talkative, polite, friendly and funny. He welcomed us in and chatter to us whilst our table was being prepared. Next is the amazing food. Very delicious and huge portions for a very fair price. We had the Valentines set menu and it was excellent. The staff are very attentive and were always on hand if we needed them. Between serving they would then jump on to the piano and play some beautiful music. We really enjoyed ourselves - thank you!

Lovely venue, food is excellent . BUT !!!! We went in a party of 6 of us . I am disgusted that on speaking to lovely waiting staff , the service charge the restaurant put on the waiting staff / kitchen staff don't actually get any of it , in fact it goes in the management's pocket . I thought the whole idea of service charge is to pay for SERVICE , NOT MANAGEMENT.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Zenxi Chinese Restaurant, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had in a while. A big part of that was due to the exceptional service provided by Lewis. From the moment we arrived, Lewis greeted us with warmth and a genuine smile, making us feel welcomed and valued. Throughout our meal, Lewis was incredibly attentive without being intrusive. He checked in on us at just the right times, ensuring our drinks were topped up, our dishes were to our liking, and we had everything we needed. His politeness and professionalism were truly impressive—he was courteous, respectful, and went out of his way to make sure we had a memorable dining experience. What stood out most was Lewis’s ability to anticipate our needs and his friendly, approachable attitude. It's clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. His positive demeanor created a warm and inviting atmosphere that enhanced our meal. Overall, I can’t recommend Lewis enough. His outstanding service truly made our visit special, and I will definitely be returning to Zenxi Chinese Restaurant. We came in for Mother’s Day meal at the Brentwood restaurant and really enjoyed our time. The service was brilliant even with the restaurant being busy. We were served by a lovely lady Abbie who was really friendly, attentive and never forgot anything. Nothing was a big ask. Good atmosphere and food was nice. We managed to order all of our regular dishes and enjoyed them so would eat here again. If we had one request it would be to have thick chips instead of fries. I know it’s not a traditional Chinese dish but a typical comfort we like to have with a Chinese meal. Thanks to all the staff but Abbie in particular

Came here for a team night out on a Friday. The food and setting is fantastic! Tried most starters and there wasn’t a dish I didn’t enjoy. The only drawback was the service was slow, especially ordering mains. The restaurant was full and we were a large table so understandable in some ways. I’ll be back!

Took my girlfriend here for our anniversary and it was perfect. Food was lovely, nice atmosphere and decor but the service was by far the best. Helpful with food suggestions and made the evening feel special. Will definitely be coming back and even worth a trip for a takeaway meal. Highly recommend!
